I took a few minutes to enjoy the library we completed last summer. This room was loosely patterned after the library in the Frick Museum in New York. I traveled with the client to New York to begin the design process to gain insight into what he wanted. This was a two year project from start to finish. This was the first wood paneled room I had ever done and it took a lot of research and help to make sure it all came together. Steve Divis of Profiles in Wood from Binghamton NY did an outstanding job on the woodwork. We had many conversations during the process and he and his staff were totally professional. He solved many problems for me and handled the details and problems with ease. I could not have been more pleased with his work. It is truly first class! The room's finishes were done by Jerry Ritterbeck of Scranton. I can't say enough about Jerry. He does beautiful work and is a class act. I've worked up here in Northeast Pennsylvania now for nine years on and off. It is almost like a second home. I thank my client who I also consider to be a dear friend for allowing us to work our magic in his magnificent home.
